Job summary

Crerar Hotels Group is seeking a Night Porter to run the night desk from 11pm to 7am across our hotels in Scotland and the Lake District. The role includes security oversight, event setup for functions, and supporting F&B needs overnight.

We value commitment to excellent guest service and may involve assisting other departments or taking on duty-manager responsibilities when required. Previous night hotel experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous night experience in a hotel is preferred.
• Commitment to customer service and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee night desk operations from 11pm to 7am.
• Manage security and end-of-day procedures.
• Set up function rooms for events and store furniture/equipment.
• Assist guests with food and beverage needs during the night.
• May assist cleaning, bar and reception teams or act as duty manager.
