Job summary

Luxury Leisure is seeking a Night Customer Service Assistant in Crawley, UK to work fully flexible night shifts from 22:00 to 08:30, four shifts per week. You will earn an extra £1.50 per hour between 23:00 and 06:00 and handle cash as part of daily duties while delivering great customer service.

Training will prepare you to promote offers, provide snacks, and advise on games and machines. Working within a venue governed by gambling legislation, you will perform ID checks as required.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service roles.
• Ability to handle cash and give change.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends.
• Basic knowledge of gambling industry regulations (ID checks).
