Job summary

Luxury Leisure is seeking staff for night-time service with a 21:45–08:00 shift and a three-night pattern per week. Successful candidates will engage customers, promote offers and events, and support day-to-day venue operations.

Employees will handle cash, provide change, and, due to the venue’s gambling context, adhere to ID checks and strict gambling regulations. Training will cover product knowledge for recommending games and machines.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Cash handling experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Promoting offers, promotions and events.
• Providing refreshments and snacks to customers.
• Recommending games and alternative machines to customers with product knowledge from training.
