Job summary

Luxury Leisure is seeking a Customer Service Assistant / Supervisor for its venues in Mansfield. You will deliver outstanding customer service, assist customers, and step up to supervise when required, earning an enhanced hourly rate.

You will work a flexible night pattern (10pm–8:30am), four nights per week, including weekends as required, with enhanced pay for supervisory duties and additional night hours.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering excellent customer service.
• Willingness to work night shifts and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes and engages customers to ensure a great experience.
• Promotes offers, events and new games.
• Handles cash and provides accurate change.
• Serves refreshments and keeps the venue clean.
• Supports opening/closing procedures and supervising the team when needed.
