Job summary

Platform Housing Group is seeking a Night Concierge for Heenan Court, Worcester. You will provide a night concierge and cleaning service to a 19-unit scheme for previously homeless adults, ensuring safety and building security with duties across communal areas.

The role is fixed-term until 26 February 2027, predominantly solo, on a 4-week rolling rota with sleep-ins paid at £63.63 per night. A driving licence and Worcestershire base are essential, and DBS checks are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a housing organisation is desirable.
• Ability to deliver high standards and improve services.
• Comfortable with lone-working while part of a wider team.
• Based in Worcestershire with own transport or travel ability.
• Enhanced DBS check is required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Provide night concierge and cleaning service across communal areas.
• Ensure resident safety and building security at Heenan Court.
• Work predominantly solo with occasional handover and team meetings.
• Manage tasks during quieter periods and complete necessary duties.
• Operate security and emergency equipment as required.
