Job summary

Apricus Resourcing Ltd is recruiting a Night Concierge for a Social Housing provider, covering Congleton and Macclesfield. You will be the first contact out of hours and signpost to support to keep residents safe.

Duties include safeguarding, escalation of concerns, reporting to relevant agencies, and managing incidents in a person-centred way. Travel across the region is required.

This temp-to-perm role pays £17.00 per hour, equating to £28,150.85 per year for 40.25 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills to respond to staff, tenants, residents and service users in a professional and responsible manner.
• Experience in a support environment with vulnerable adults is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Safeguard service users out of hours and escalate concerns to the relevant agencies.
• Promote compliance with license agreements and Behaviour Management policy.
• Be first point of contact out of hours, signpost to appropriate support, and de‑escalate incidents person‑centredly.
• Act as first contact for the on‑call system and record clear information for on‑call manager.
• Carry out light cleaning duties in the absence of cleaning staff.
