Job summary

Homeless Hostel Jobs by HHS Group in Manchester is seeking a reliable Night Security Concierge to support residents at our Homeless Hostel location. The role requires security or concierge experience, with ability to work independently or as part of a team.

The position focuses on a welcoming presence, CCTV monitoring, alarm responses and incident logging, with emphasis on de-escalation and compassionate engagement with residents.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Support, Health and Social Care (Ideal not essential)
• Enhanced DBS or SIA Badge and Standard DBS
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
• Good customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Driving Licence and Own Vehicle
