Social Interest Group is seeking a Night Concierge in Ealing to supervise residents during night hours, ensuring safety and a supportive environment. You will perform welfare checks, monitor access and CCTV, and hand over updates to the day team while maintaining cleanliness and accurate records.

The role requires compassion, reliability, and strong communication with residents and staff, with independence and adaptivity to a fast-paced, evolving setting.

Responsibilities

• Monitor safety, complete welfare checks and respond to emergencies.
• Maintain professionalism when dealing with visitors and calls.
• Provide morning handovers with updates on residents and incidents.
• Monitor CCTV and support urgent issue escalation with the team.
• Keep the environment clean and report repairs, complete admin tasks.
