Job summary

Alongside is seeking a Housing Night Concierge to be the friendly on-site presence across our supported accommodation in Bath during nights. You’ll help ensure safety and security overnight, conduct building checks, monitor CCTV and log events, and provide smooth handovers between shifts.

Experience with people who may have complex needs is desirable; full training is provided. The role operates on a 4-on/4-off waking night schedule from 4pm to 2am.

Qualifications

• Experience working with people who may have complex needs and/or challenging behaviours.
• Overnight role experience is preferred; training and induction provided.

Responsibilities

• Be the on-site presence ensuring safety and security overnight.
• Conduct regular building checks and patrols to monitor safety and maintenance.
• Monitor CCTV and respond to concerns in line with policies.
• Keep clear logs of events during each shift.
• Provide verbal and written handovers to next shift.
