Job summary

Rendall & Rittner is seeking a Night Concierge for Centenary Plaza, Birmingham. You will be the overnight point of contact, ensuring a safe, calm, and welcoming environment for residents and visitors.

You will manage access control, complete building checks, handle enquiries, and coordinate responses to issues to maintain high standards by morning handover. You will monitor sign-ins, logs, and nightly reports, conduct patrols, resolve or escalate enquiries, and work with daytime teams to ensure

Qualifications

• Experience in concierge, security, front-of-house or hospitality roles is beneficial.
• Familiarity with access control systems and incident logging is advantageous.
• Ability to respond to resident queries and escalate as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee access control and sign visitors in/out.
• Perform regular safety checks and patrols.
• Respond to resident enquiries by phone, email or in person.
• Coordinate contractors and late deliveries, ensuring procedures are followed.
• Maintain reception and lobby areas to a high standard.
