Job summary

Everley is seeking a Night Porter to ensure the safety and security of guests and staff during night hours. You will be the first point of contact for late arrivals and walk-ins, upholding high service standards and assisting with guest enquiries.

Responsibilities include maintaining safety, handling emergencies, and supporting the front-of-house team to ensure a welcoming, secure environment for guests throughout the night.

Qualifications

• Welcoming and professional customer service experience.
• Ability to handle late check-ins and enquiries.
• Strong safety awareness and ability to act calmly during emergencies.
• Good English, both spoken and written, to perform duties.

Responsibilities

• Provide guests with a warm, memorable experience.
• Be first contact for late arrivals and walk-ins.
• Ensure safety and security of guests and staff at night.
• Assist with emergency evacuations and fire safety procedures.
• Answer phone calls and resolve guest complaints.
