Job summary

Vita Group is seeking a Night-time Customer Service Assistant in Coventry. You will provide a warm, premium reception experience for residents, handling enquiries and ensuring the site and facilities are impeccably maintained through the night.

Core duties include front-of-house reception, answering questions, managing parcels and deliveries, conducting regular walks, and addressing incidents with a calm, solution-focused approach. Flexibility for 24/7 operations is essential.

Qualifications

• Experienced customer service professional
• Able to deliver premium experiences to customers
• Technologically astute with systems proficiency

Responsibilities

• Front of House / Reception; greet students and guests
• Answer questions and provide information
• Maintain cleanliness of communal areas during night shift
• Ensure facilities are looked after by residents
• Resolve issues or challenges promptly
• Conduct building walks every 4–6 hours and report findings
• Replenish stock and manage refreshments
• Manage and store parcels for easy access
• Be the primary contact for incidents or emergencies onsite
• Follow health & safety regulations for waste areas
