You will be the welcoming, reassuring presence overnight—supporting residents, safeguarding the estate and keeping everything running smoothly while the city sleeps. Most shifts will balance attentive front-of-house service with proactive patrols, CCTV monitoring, incident response and clear handovers to the daytime team.
