Applicants should be reliable, with early starts and strong communication to residents, colleagues and suppliers. Experience in premium residential settings is preferred.

You will be the on-site presence that keeps the development immaculate, safe and running smoothly, from maintaining communal areas to supporting residents and contractors. Most days blend hands-on cleaning and waste management with routine checks, minor fixes and responsive support. On Tuesdays (bin collection day) you'll start at 6am and finish at 2pm to ensure timely, efficient waste rotations.
