Rendall & Rittner is seeking a Day Concierge at Paddington Gardens (Dahlia House), W2 1AW. The role is maternity cover FTC, with a shift pattern Monday to Thursday 08:00–18:00, offering a gate to a vibrant canal-side development with 271 modern apartments and resident services.
You will be the welcoming face of the development, managing resident enquiries, building access and deliveries while maintaining a high standard of presentation and safety.
Set alongside the Grand Union Canal within Paddington Basin, this Berkeley Homes development brings 271 contemporary apartments together with a concierge service and leafy canalside communal spaces. Your front-of-house will be at the heart of a vibrant setting with cafés and restaurants at ground level and a steady flow of residents, guests and contractors. With Paddington station a short walk away for Elizabeth line, Underground and National Rail links, it’s a lively, well-connected environment where service, safety and community feel come first.
You will be the welcoming face of the development, providing attentive front-of-house service, handling resident enquiries and coordinating building access. Each day you’ll keep communal areas presentable, monitor security systems, manage parcels and liaise with contractors to keep everything running smoothly.
