Rendall & Rittner is seeking a Day Concierge to welcome residents at a landmark development in Walthamstow. You will manage the reception, assist residents and visitors, coordinate access and deliveries, and help maintain a safe, well-presented environment.
This role operates on a 4 days on/4 days off pattern from 07:00 to 19:00, with a salary of £28,000–£29,000. A comprehensive benefits package includes pension, training, referral schemes and discounts.
You’ll be the welcoming face of a landmark community of around 500 contemporary homes in the heart of Walthamstow. Designed across multiple phases and centred on landscaped public spaces, the development blends calm green areas with lively urban living. Residents enjoy private balconies and terraces, creating a close-knit neighbourhood feel where you’ll build strong relationships and support a vibrant, modern lifestyle every day.
You will deliver a warm, attentive front-of-house service, ensuring residents and visitors feel safe, informed and valued. You will manage the reception area, coordinate building access and deliveries, and be the eyes and ears of the development, reporting issues promptly and supporting the onsite team to keep everything running smoothly.
