Job summary

Claridge’s, part of Maybourne Hotel Group, seeks a dedicated Night Chef for Muse to lead the night kitchen and maintain the highest culinary standards. You will work under the Head Chef, ensuring precise service and quality during night hours, with responsibilities spanning prep, cooking, and station care.

Ideal candidates have fine-dining experience, strong leadership, and a passion for hospitality. This role offers a path within a luxury hotel group renowned for exceptional guest experiences

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar Night Chef role, preferably in five-star or fine dining.
• Passion for food and beverage with strong knowledge.
• Ability to lead, support and motivate a team.
• Strong team player and keen to learn and develop.
• Solid understanding of Forbes and LQA standards.

Responsibilities

• Representing the Head Chef during the night shift.
• Prepare and serve food to the highest standards on night service.
• Keep kitchen areas and equipment clean and organized.
• Assist the Breakfast Chef with mise-en-place for breakfast.
• Maintain front-of-house cleanliness and set up for breakfast service.
