Job summary

BaxterStorey in the United Kingdom is seeking a Night Chef to support the Sous Chef in the night-to-night running of a busy food operation within a 24/7 setting. This role offers a path up the management ladder in a renowned food-focused company.

The ideal candidate brings proven Chef experience, a passion for food, and strong leadership to motivate a team, manage stock and standards, and deliver exceptional customer experiences in a demanding environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working as a Chef
• Have an obsession for food and creating experiences
• Managing, training, and supporting a team has been an important part of your career to date
• Financially astute, analytical, and able to create and maintain budgets and drive commercial performance
• Excellent coaching, delegation and influencing skills
• Ability to prioritise multiple projects in a fast-paced, multi-faceted, creative environment and thrive under pressure
