Job summary

Agincare is seeking a Night Care Team Leader at Henlow Court to lead the night-shift care team, provide personal care, oversee medication administration, and ensure accurate records. You will step in when senior management is absent and coordinate with families and healthcare professionals.

The role is 36 hours per week on a rota that includes alternate weekends. Applicants need at least two years' social care experience and a QCF Level 2 qualification; visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• At least two years' experience in social care.
• QCF Level 2 qualification or higher.
• Right to work in the United Kingdom.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example, provide high-quality care and companionship to residents.
• Support residents with personal care and daily living activities.
• Guide and support the night care team, stepping up when senior management is absent.
• Oversee medication administration and ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Plan and participate in meaningful activities and outings.
• Encourage residents' independence and wellbeing.
• Collaborate with families and healthcare professionals.
