Crystal Care Collection Limited is opening Millstone Mews in Bourne and seeks a Care Assistant for night shifts. You will support residents physically and emotionally, helping with personal care, meals and daily activities, while contributing to a safe, homely environment.

The role requires a caring, proactive approach, adherence to health and safety rules, and a willingness to work on a rolling night rota with competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Experience in providing personal care and supporting residents.
• Ability to understand and follow health and safety procedures.
• Compassionate, patient and reliable in a care home environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support to residents during night shifts.
• Assist with meals and daily routines, ensuring nutrition and hydration.
• Maintain accurate records and report changes in residents’ conditions to on‑duty staff.
