Crystal Care Collection is seeking caring Night Care Assistants to join our night team, ensuring residents enjoy safe, comfortable and peaceful nights with the highest standards of care.

You will provide high-quality support, assist with personal care, wellbeing checks and help prepare the home for the day ahead while maintaining a calm, welcoming environment and strict adherence to health and safety policies.

Qualifications

• Previous care experience desirable but not essential; full training provided.

Responsabilités

• Deliver compassionate, person-centred care tailored to each resident's needs during the night.
• Support residents with personal care, continence care, repositioning, mobility and hydration.
• Carry out regular wellbeing and safety checks, respond to call bells and changes in residents' wellbeing.
• Provide reassurance and companionship to residents who may feel anxious or need emotional support.
• Monitor residents' condition, record observations and report concerns to the Night Senior Care Assistant.
