Crystal Care Collection is seeking a caring Night Care Assistant to support residents through the night with dignity and compassion. You’ll assist with personal care, wellbeing checks and night-time routines to ensure residents feel safe, comfortable and reassured.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver compassionate, person-centred care tailored to each resident's needs during the night.
• Support personal care, continence care, repositioning, mobility and hydration with dignity.
• Conduct regular wellbeing and safety checks, respond to call bells, and report changes.
• Provide reassurance and companionship to anxious or unsettled residents at night.
• Maintain accurate care documentation per policies and regulatory requirements.
• Respect confidentiality of resident information at all times.
• Assist with preparing residents for bed and helping those awake at night.
• Help prepare the home for the day ahead, keeping communal areas clean and welcoming.
• Support light housekeeping, laundry and bedroom prep as required.
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a calm, safe home environment.
• Comply with Health & Safety, COSHH, Infection Prevention & Control, Safeguarding.
• Undertake other duties as directed by the General Manager.
