Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered care tailored to each resident at night.
• Assist with personal care, continence, repositioning, mobility and hydration.
• Conduct regular wellbeing checks and respond to call bells promptly.
• Provide reassurance and companionship to residents during the night.
• Record observations accurately and report concerns to the Night Senior Care Assistant.
• Maintain care documentation and confidentiality per policy.
