Crystal Care Collection is seeking Night Care Assistants to join the night team. You will provide high-quality support to residents throughout the night, promoting dignity and wellbeing, while ensuring safety and comfort.

The role involves personal care, wellbeing checks and rapid response to changes in residents’ needs. We offer full induction training, paid breaks, a Blue Light Card, Enhanced DBS, refer-a-friend bonus, uniform provided and ongoing career development within a supportive team.
