Job summary

Crystal Care Collection is seeking Night Care Assistants to join our night team. You will provide compassionate, person-centred care to residents during the night, supporting personal care, comfort, and wellbeing while ensuring safety and dignity.

You will work on a rolling rota of three nights on, three off, with a permanent full-time contract and a supportive team environment. We offer induction training, paid breaks, and benefits such as a Blue Light Card and enhanced DBS.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality physical, emotional and social support to residents overnight.
• Assist with personal care, continence care, mobility and hydration while promoting dignity and independence.
• Conduct regular wellbeing and safety checks and respond to call bells promptly.
• Offer reassurance and companionship to residents who may be anxious at night.
• Record observations accurately and report concerns to the Night Senior Care Assistant.
