Job summary

Crystal Care Collection is looking for Night Care Assistants to support residents overnight, ensuring safe, comfortable and dignified care throughout the night. You will assist with personal care, wellbeing checks, and respond promptly to call bells, while helping prepare the home for the day ahead.

We operate a permanent rolling rota of three consecutive nights on, then three off, with Full Time Nights: 8:00pm – 8:00am (Average 42 hours per week).

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, person-centred care to residents during the night.
• Assist with personal care, continence care, repositioning, mobility and hydration.
• Carry out regular wellbeing and safety checks and respond to call bells.
• Provide reassurance and companionship to residents who may be anxious or unsettled.
• Maintain accurate care documentation and report concerns to the Night Senior Care Assistant.
