Job summary

Roseberry Care is seeking a Night Care Assistant at Cameron House, Cameron St, Bury. You will support residents with personal care, meals, and daily activities during night shifts to promote comfort and independence.

We look for empathy, strong communication, and teamwork. NVQ2 in Adult Health and Social Care is preferred, with 33 hours per week; visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

Qualifications

• Ideally NVQ2 in Adult Health and Social Care.
• Minimum 1 year experience in care, though not essential.
• Excellent communication, listening and empathy skills.
• Genuine passion for elderly care and team development.

Responsibilities

• Assist with washing, dressing, grooming, toileting and continence care.
• Help residents with mobility and transfers.
• Provide companionship and a friendly presence.

Your Role

As a Care Assistant you will support our residents in their day to day lives including providing personal care, social activities, and meals times to promote independence and maximise their quality of life.

You’ll Be Responsible For
