Job summary

CCP in Gloucester is seeking a proactive Night Worker (Building Supervisor) to keep our supported accommodation safe and welcoming for young people aged 16-25. You’ll be the on-site contact, support handovers between shifts, and help maintain a clean, secure environment.

This full-time role features a rolling rota of 4 nights on 4 nights off (8pm–8:15am) with a 1-hour unpaid break, permanent contract, and pay of £27,452 per year.

Qualifications

• Experience interacting with a diverse cross section of society would be useful.
• Empathy, patience, and ability to motivate residents.

Responsibilities

• Ensure buildings are safe and secure for residents.
• Liaise with support staff to ensure smooth handovers between shifts.
• Know who is on-site, keep the building clean and presentable, and engage with residents.
