Job summary

Your Housing Group is seeking a Night & Weekend Supervisor for Bridge Foyer in Chester. The role focuses on keeping residents safe and secure outside office hours, including managing access, patrols, CCTV, and handover information to ensure continuous support for young people aged 16–25.

With a 37.5-hour week on a 3-week rota, the post requires empathy with vulnerable residents, strong admin and recording skills, and excellent communication. A DBS check is part of pre-employment screening.

Qualifications

• Good level of administration experience.
• Strong attention to detail when recording information.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Control access to the Scheme and conduct internal/external patrols, monitor CCTV, and log events for handover to maintain continuous support.
• Assist customers with enquiries and safeguarding; perform security checks.
