Job summary

Voyage Care is seeking a Night Support Worker in Gloucester to provide compassionate night-time care. Typical shifts run 22:00–08:00 on a rota, with 3/4 shifts per week and alternate weekends. You will assist with bedtime routines, personal care, and regular overnight checks to support residents’ safety and comfort.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work night shifts on a rota basis.
• Experience or empathy in supporting individuals with ABI/autism.
• Ability to follow behaviour support plans and reflect on practice.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bedtime routines and personal care.
• Conduct regular checks during the night.
• Perform light domestic duties when not on checks.
• Support individuals to grow in confidence and independence.
