Job summary

ibis London Greenwich is seeking a Night Auditor to join our Front Office team, delivering welcoming, seamless service round the clock. You’ll handle late check-ins and end-of-day processes while maintaining guest safety and operational accuracy.

The role requires flexibility for nights, weekends and holidays; full training is provided, and you’ll work with a supportive team in a vibrant hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel or front office experience is helpful, training provided.
• Calm under pressure, organized, and able to work independently.
• Natural communicator with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable with technology and confident using a laptop; training provided.
• Flexible and reliable with availability for night shifts, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a warm, efficient welcome to late arrivals and manage night check-ins/outs.
• Oversee night audit procedures and end-of-day reporting.
• Respond to guest requests with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Ensure guest safety and security with regular floor walks and incident handling.
• Support with light cleaning, breakfast prep, or bar tasks when required.
• Prepare the hotel for the morning handover with a clear, organized approach.

Job Description

What You'll Be Doing

Delivering a warm and efficient welcome to late arrivals and handling night check-ins and check-outs

Managing night audit procedures and end-of-day reporting

Responding to guest requests with a positive, can-do attitude

Ensuring guest safety and security, including regular floor walks and handling any incidents

Supporting with light cleaning, breakfast prep, or bar service if needed

Qualifications
