Job summary

The Stratford in London is seeking a proactive Night Auditor/Receptionist to join our design-led hotel. You’ll support Night Managers, welcome guests in the lobby, and help ensure smooth operations through the night shift, delivering warm, authentic hospitality.

With around one year in a similar role, you’ll handle guest inquiries, assist with night audit tasks and contribute to a welcoming, detail‑oriented team.

Responsibilities

• Assist Night Managers with any help in the overall hotel operations, ensuring that the highest levels of hospitality and service provided
• Manage the flow of questions and direct guests within the lobby
• Assist in the tracking and resolution of service issues
• Be the point of contact for all guest related questions and challenges
• Collaborate in night audit reports and system updates ready for the day team
