Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality EMEA is seeking a Night Auditor to help safeguard guests, staff and the hotel during night hours. You will conduct periodic security checks and coordinate with team members to maintain safety and service standards.

You’ll assist with early-morning breakfast setup and extend support to food & beverage, maintenance and other departments, delivering outstanding guest care and teamwork across the hotel.

Qualifications

• Strong eye for detail to ensure property is clean and presentable.
• Clear communication with guests and staff.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work late-night and early-morning shifts.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety and security of guests, staff and hotel at nights.
• Perform minimum of two security checks at regular intervals.
• Assist with breakfast preparation from 6am each day.
• Liaise with guests and residents, addressing issues and resolving complaints politely.
• Support operations across food & beverage, maintenance and other areas with first-class service.
