Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality EMEA is seeking a Night Porter to safeguard guests, staff and the property during night hours. You will conduct key security checks, manage guest interactions, and help with early morning breakfast setup while coordinating with other departments to maintain service standards.

The role requires keen attention to detail, strong communication, and a passion for delivering excellent guest experiences in a busy hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail to keep the property clean and presentable.
• Excellent communication to interact with guests and staff.
• Customer service mindset to resolve guest requests and complaints.
• Ability to work overnight/night shifts as part of a hotel team.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and security of guests, staff and hotel at night.
• Perform minimum two security checks at intervals with emphasis on security and fire safety.
• Assist breakfast preparation at 6am and liaise with guests and residents to resolve issues.
• Support night-time operations in food & beverage, maintenance and other areas requiring first-class guest service.
