As part of the Front Office, you’ll maintain accurate records, reconcile nightly revenue and prepare reports that reveal how the property performed.

• Prepare daily reports to help the team understand property performance.
• Keep the Front Office secure, organized and ready for next day arrivals.
• Leave clear, accurate handover notes and flag any outstanding guest requests.
