Qualifications

• Hospitality, Front Office or admin experience desirable.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good numerical and administrative skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service during the night.
• Welcome guests, manage late check-ins and support early departures.
• Respond to guest enquiries professionally and efficiently.
• Complete night audit procedures and end-of-day processes.
• Reconcile daily transactions and prepare reports.
• Ensure guest accounts and financial records are accurate.
• Conduct regular security and safety checks.
• Support the smooth running of the hotel overnight.
• Maintain brand standards at all times.
• Help prepare the hotel for the following day.
