Loch Lomond Golf Club Ltd. in Scotland is seeking a Night Auditor to supervise reception operations during night hours, provide front desk services, and balance daily transactions.

Reporting to the Night Manager, you will work with concierge/security team, handle reservations, ensure security checks, and support emergency responses. A strong hospitality background and numerical accuracy are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality/customer service experience is essential with hotel reception experience preferred.
• Excellent numerical skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong teamwork, communication and organisational skills.
• Current UK driving licence.

Responsabilités

• Greet, check in, and check out members and guests
• Co‑ordinate transportation needs with night time concierge
• Handle inquiries, requests, and feedback
• Answer phone calls and manage reservations as needed
• Balance and reconcile daily financial transactions
• Prepare and distribute daily revenue and occupancy reports
• Audit and post room accommodation and additional charges accurately
• Monitor security cameras, and co‑ordinate fire and health and safety checks
• Act as a key support to the emergency incident response should an unplanned evacuation be necessary
• Ensure the reception areas is clean, organized, and ready for the next day
