Job summary

ibis budget London Heathrow Central is seeking a Night Receptionist / Night Auditor to join the Front Office team. You will greet guests, support late arrivals and early departures, and keep the hotel running smoothly during the night.

You will perform night audit procedures, safety checks, and assist other departments as needed. Fluency in English and experience with Opera Cloud are preferred, and you will be trained in front-of-house systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel reception, guest service or similar customer-facing role.
• Experience with Opera Cloud.
• Fluent in English; strong communication and team work.
• Ability to work independently overnight and stay calm under pressure.
• Understand safety, security and guest wellbeing.
• Willingness to learn hotel systems.
• Good organizational and administrative skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests at night and deliver smooth check-in and check-out.
• Handle queries, requests and complaints professionally.
• Complete night audit procedures accurately.
• Perform safety and security checks during the night.
• Support guests needing special attention.
• Prepare reports and handovers for the morning team.
• Keep reception area clean and ready for the next shift.
• Respond confidently in emergencies following procedures.
• Contribute to a positive guest experience from arrival to departure.
