Qualifications

• Previous Customer Service Experience.
• Previous Hotel experience in a similar role (Desired).
• Guest oriented, service minded, and attentive to details.
• F&B experience will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with care and personalised approach.
• Anticipate needs, handle complaints and remarks.
• Promote the ALL loyalty program.
• Handle guest feedback efficiently and satisfactorily.
• Know hotel facilities, services, events and local area.
• Take reservations and upsell to maximise room rates.
• Patrol hotel areas and report hazards or maintenance.
• Ensure security of staff and guests.
• Audit room rates, charges, reconcile revenues, perform night audit and daily closure.
• Oversee F&B 24/7 during night, bar service, and breakfast prep.
• Ensure public areas are clean.
• Meet hotel quality and financial targets.
• Attend daytime training sessions.
• Working hours include weekends and public holidays.
• Permanent night shift averaging 39 hours per week.
