Qualifications

• Night Auditor role with guest service focus.

Responsibilities

• Attend to guests promptly and professionally.
• Update details of regular guests using Guest History.
• Action diary events, flags and specials.
• Handle guest mail, messages and parcels promptly.
• Liaise with Housekeeping on rooms and lost property.
• Maintain daily worksheet and ensure proper form usage.
• Complete guest registration forms and update systems.
• Ensure accurate account postings and related paperwork.
• Maintain cash handling balance at end of shifts.
• Follow security procedures as policy dictates.
• Complete Express Check out envelopes.
• Maintain security boxes per procedures.
• Report safety hazards to Management.
• Attend meetings and training sessions.
• Perform any other duties as requested by Night Manager.
• Ensure correct welcome for callers and guests.
• Assist with guest parking as needed.
• Complete all audit tasks per checklist.
• Answer incoming calls promptly and distribute reports.
