Job summary

Accor UK is seeking a diligent Night Auditor to oversee overnight hotel operations in Cambridge. The role involves auditing daily revenue, posting charges, and ensuring accurate reporting while coordinating with Finance and Front Office teams.

You will supervise front office activities, maintain guest records, and help keep the night-time operation smooth and secure, driving exceptional guest experiences through meticulous processes and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Complete thorough audits of all daily revenue and postings, ensuring reporting accuracy.
• Process all management accounts as required and support the Finance Department.
• Maintain guest reservations details for in-house guests including room rates and stay dates.
• Provide supervision and support to Front Office and other departments as needed.
• Lead by example to ensure Total Customer Satisfaction and effective night operations.
