Residence Inn by Marriott London Tower Bridge is seeking a Night Auditor to join our dedicated team. This role involves delivering courteous, efficient service to guests and maintaining high standards during the night shift.

You will greet guests, handle requests promptly, and support the front desk while ensuring compliance with hotel policies. A friendly, professional demeanor and willingness to learn are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Truly passionate about the Hospitality Industry.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not necessary.
• Ability to understand our guests’ needs to create exceptional service experiences.

Responsibilities

• Be totally guest focused by delivering excellent customer service with an informed, friendly and effective approach.
• Gain experience in all sections of the front desk department and ensure company and legal requirements are maintained.
• Assist in the general running of the hotel at night and support other departments in setting up for the next day.
• Continuously improve the quality of the hotel's services.
• Undertake night audits and hotel safety checks to ensure guest safety.
• Promote the company values and behaviours at all times.
