Job summary

The Sandman Signature Newcastle Hotel is hiring a Night Auditor Duty Manager to join our 170-bedroom, 4-star city centre team. You will be part of a dynamic night operations group ensuring exceptional guest service and smooth financial close.

Working 40 hours per week on night shifts 22:45–07:15 (including weekends and bank holidays), you will lead guest arrivals/departures, cashiering and Night Audit closing processes while supporting the front of house team and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and problem solving.
• Experience in overnight hotel duty management.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage arrivals/departures.
• Handle cashiering duties and payments reconciliation.
• Provide guests information and assistance.
• Process reservations and telephone inquiries.
• Carry out Night Audit procedures and close business date.
• Perform Duty Manager and supervisory duties.
