Job summary

Aethos London Shoreditch is seeking a Night Auditor to welcome guests and be the first and last point of contact, delivering exceptional service in a vibrant hotel environment.

As part of the Front Office team, you will handle guest arrivals and departures, maintain up-to-date knowledge of events and hotel offerings, and ensure feedback is communicated to relevant departments with warmth and professionalism.

• Assist guests with arrival/departure as well as any other aspects of the guest journey.
• Keeping up to date with internal events, restaurant information, and hotel product knowledge.
• Ensure Front Office Management are kept fully aware of any relevant feedback from guests and, or, other departments.
• Deliver authentic and personalised care to our guests, straight from your heart.
• Demonstrate a high level of customer service at all times.
• Demonstrate a knowledge of hotel room categories, room rates, packages, promotions and other general product knowledge necessary to perform daily duties

THE ROLE
