Job summary

Novotel Cambridge North is seeking a dedicated Night Auditor to join our Front Office team in Cambridge. You will be the face of the hotel at night, welcoming guests, balancing accounts, and ensuring smooth overnight operations.

The role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and a commitment to security and service quality. You will train across front-of-house functions and be responsible for reporting, wake-up calls, and post-shift handovers, contributing to a seamless guest

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel front desk or night audit is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Attend to guests promptly and professionally.
• Balance cash and process account postings and reconciliations.
• Handle wake-up calls and guest communications.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and Night Manager on nightly operations.
• Ensure security procedures are followed during the night shift.
