Job summary

RBH Hospitality Management Ltd in London Docklands is seeking a Night Manager to oversee safety, security and the night audit from 7pm to 7am. You will lead a small team and ensure seamless guest service in a vibrant city hotel.

The role requires hospitality or finance experience, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication. You’ll coordinate with departments, handle emergencies, and contribute to outstanding guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality or finance roles with understanding of accounting principles.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reconciliation.
• Good communication skills and ability to handle guest enquiries professionally.
• Basic IT skills and familiarity with property management systems (PMS).
• Flexibility to work night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety and security of guests during night audit from 7pm to 7am.
• Lead and develop night shift team to ensure effective operations.
• Act as main point of contact for in-house and external guest queries during the night.
• Coordinate with all hotel departments and maintain clear handover notes.
