Job summary

RBH Hospitality Management Ltd in London is seeking a dedicated Night Team Member to keep the hotel running smoothly while guests sleep. You’ll welcome late-arriving guests, manage check-ins and check-outs, and support a calm, welcoming overnight experience.

You’ll handle night audits and end-of-day reports, respond to guest requests, keep the lobby tidy, monitor safety, and coordinate handover with the morning team.

Qualifications

• Natural night owl comfortable with late hours.
• Friendly and welcoming with a can-do service attitude.
• Good with numbers and nightly audits.
• Remain calm under pressure and handle guest needs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome late-arriving guests and assist with check-ins/check-outs.
• Handle night audits and end-of-day reports.
• Be the go-to for guest requests during the night, including room service and requests for extra pillows.
• Keep the lobby and public areas tidy and welcoming for the morning shift.
• Monitor safety and security through regular checks.
• Coordinate handover with the early morning team for a smooth start.
