RBH Hospitality Management Ltd in London Docklands is seeking a Night Manager to oversee safety, security and the night audit from 7pm to 7am. You will lead a small team and ensure seamless guest service in a vibrant city hotel.

The role requires hospitality or finance experience, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication. You’ll coordinate with departments, handle emergencies, and contribute to outstanding guest experiences.

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience in hospitality or finance roles with understanding of accounting principles.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reconciliation.
• Good communication skills and ability to handle guest enquiries professionally.
• Basic IT skills and familiarity with property management systems (PMS).
• Flexibility to work night shifts.

AN EVENING IN THE LIFE OF NIGHT MANAGER AT OUR HOTEL

What you'll be doing...

The principal responsibility is safety and security of guests and ensuring the accurate and timely completion of the night audit function during the hours of 7pm to 7am

You will manage a team ensuring each member is effective, trained and developed

Being the main point of contact for all in-house and external guest queries and requests during the night

Liaising with all departments and ensure swift and efficient communication across the hotel

• Maintain clear communication with the day team by preparing handover notes and ensuring all relevant information is recorded
• Handle any emergency situations overnight, acting as the point of contact and coordinating with necessary departments

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• Previous experience in hospitality or finance roles, with an understanding of accounting principles
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, particularly in financial reconciliation
