nhow London, part of Minor Hotels Europe & Americas, is seeking a Night Auditor to join the Front Office team. The role oversees overnight hotel operations, delivers exceptional guest service, and ensures accuracy of financial processes.

Reporting to the Front Office Manager, you will complete nightly audits, prepare reports, and support a smooth handover to daytime staff while upholding brand standards and guest satisfaction around the clock.

Qualificações

• Previous Front Office or Reception experience preferred.
• Positive, confident and welcoming personality.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
• Comfortable working with hotel systems.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Team player in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver overnight guest service with professionalism.
• Conduct guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
• Complete nightly audit and reconcile transactions.
• Prepare and distribute operational and financial reports.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints with discretion.
• Maintain security procedures and guest safety.
• Support handover to daytime Front Office team.
• Uphold brand standards and guest experiences.
