Job summary

RBH Hospitality Management is seeking a Night Manager for the Crowne Plaza London Docklands. The role focuses on guest safety, efficient night audit completion, and leading a small night team to ensure seamless operations.

You will act as the main point of contact for guests, coordinate with other departments, and manage overnight emergencies, all while maintaining clear handovers to the day team. This full-time position is based in East London.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality or finance roles, with an understanding of accounting principles.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, particularly in financial reconciliation.
• Good communication skills and the ability to handle guest enquiries professionally.
• Basic IT skills and familiarity with property management systems (PMS).
• Flexibility to work night shifts and the ability to remain focused and productive.

Responsibilities

• Safety and security of guests and completion of the night audit from 7pm to 7am.
• Manage a team, ensuring effectiveness, training and development.
• Main point of contact for in-house and external guest queries during the night.
• Liaise with all departments to ensure swift and efficient hotel communication.
• Prepare handover notes and record essential information for the day team.
• Handle emergencies overnight and coordinate with relevant departments.

• The principal responsibility is safety and security of guests and ensuring the accurate and timely completion of the night audit function during the hours of 7pm to 7am
• You will manage a team ensuring each member is effective, trained and developed
• Being the main point of contact for all in-house and external guest queries and requests during the night
• Liaising with all departments and ensure swift and efficient communication across the hotel
• Maintain clear communication with the day team by preparing handover notes and ensuring all relevant information is recorded
• Handle any emergency situations overnight, acting as the point of contact and coordinating with necessary departments
